Honey I Shrunk The Kit #8

Hey friends, guess what ... it's time for another day out with the honeys
and I'm the lucky host for this one! It was a little daunting thinking
of what to put together having received such wonderful kits
from the others! In the end I went with a

Monster Birthday theme

There's a picture and list of my goody pack at the end of the post
Here's our team and I absolutely adore playing along with this
wonderful bunch of talented ladies!
Hazel Hodgkins: Hazel's Paper Designs
Sarah Gray: Funky Fossil Designs
Shona Chambers: Twine Around
Sandie Munroe: London Days
Sarah Platt: Sazzle Dazzle Crafts ... that's ME!

I had a go at creating a Northern Lights (of a fashion) night sky using Distress Inks
with multiple planets, spaceships and rockets 'whizzing' by, viewed though the
Stitched Framed 'film strip' die. Adding a couple of extra images from
the CBS set to create a BG and a wrap of twine adds a little more interest.

Well I just can't resist going overboard with silliness when you've got these
cute little monsters in tow! I coloured them with promarkers and set them
inside the circle frames which are filled with clear seed bead or bubbles with
a starry background paper from the Doodlebug papers!!!

I just had to use the googlie eyes somewhere and I also had a bit more of the
'Northern Sky' panel left so used it as another background here for my googlie
aliens sat on the 'moon' as a space ship zooms by!

You can probably tell I was running out of ideas here but decided to go
full on vibrant and 'busy' with the design paper and mini images, another
googlie eye and I wanted to showcase the sentiment in particular.

I had a lot of fun making these and I'm going to have even more fun
as I zip around the other honeys' blogs to see how they played with my kit!

So here's a little piccy of what I sent around the world which included:

Clearly Besotted Stamps & Dies: Out of This World, Eye on You, Blast Off
Lawn Fawn Stamps & Dies: Monster Mash
Pretty Pink Posh Peek-a-boo & Stitched Frame dies
Doodlebug:Sprinkles, Bakers Twine & Design Paper
Misc. Googlie eyes

As always thanks for calling by and hope you enjoyed
a giggle looking at these crazy creations!
