Uniko Studio - May Release Day and Blog Hop

Morning Craftie Blog Buddies
It's time to reveal the May release stamps from

If you've been following me and the rest of my teamies
on the Design Team over the last few days the waiting is now over!
The sets are available to purchase from today and if you join
the blog hop and comment along the way you'll be in with a chance
of winning both sets ... more details at the end of this post.

So here's my cards and first up I'm sharing my card
using the Flower Power 7 set and the sentiment is from
All Occasion Sentiments #1

The inspiration for this card came from the current challenge

I couldn't resist the wall of flowers and split my panel to give the impression
of the patio window frame with (I imagine) more flowers on the outside.

Here's another card using the Nautical Treasures set.
As well as the sailing boat which I've used in the last few days
there are some cute little accent images too which I've focussed on here.

I also used an inlaid Anchor die from Paper Smooches and I'm
hoping you can visualise the porthole I've made with some sizzix circle dies.
The sentiment is taken from the Uniko Studio: Simple Said Birthday set
and would you believe I found red, white and blue twine in my stash!
Traditional nautical colours.

Before I send you off on the hop here's the images of
the stamp sets available to purchase at the Uniko shop from today

So it's blog hop time now and if you want to be in with a chance
of winning the new release sets please comment along the way.
There's more details on the Uniko Studio blog where the hop starts.

Sarah P (that's me)

Good luck and thanks for stopping by.

  5. Great cards Sarah. I especially like the first one using the new Flower Power Set. I love the split panel. At first I though you were going to say it was the bed but now I see it is the window frame! Hmmm... might go with the bed idea and enter myself if there's still time! Thanks for the amazing inspiration from all the DT. Stef x

  6. Sarah - these are just fabulous. I love the bold, bright flowers on the first card and the layout is just great. However, it's the second that's my favourite. The nautical theme with those colours is just perfect. xx

  14. Your bold bright flowers are pure delights! Happy-making in every way! Your second, with the anchor and nautical background images, is wonderfully inspired! I have an anchor die that I rarely use because I don't have any 'accessories'...I think you've remedied the situation with your showcase here! Fabulous!
