Addicted to Stamps and More #147

Hi there friends, I'm back with the latest challenge details for
Addicted to Stamps and More

It's Make Your Mark week and here's my card

I love playing with inks and water so what better way to make a
mark on a creation than combining the two.

Card Recipe:
Using a sentiment stamp set from Clearly Besotted: Happy Birthday
the images are heat embossed using clear EP over Versafine onyx black.
I've 'washed' an area of Tim Holtz watercolour card with water in the
shape I wanted colour before adding distress inks from an acrylic block,
allowing the colours to merge slightly with their 'neighbour(s)'
colours used are: Picked Raspberry, Spiced Marmalade, Squeezed Lemonade,
Mowed Lawn, Peacock Feathers and Seedless Preserves.
(For bright and vivid colours I have to say these are my favourite Distress Inks)

We have 2 sponsors this week:

Rosey Hearts

Prize is 5 digis from the store

AND

  10. A smile-making, day-brightening rainbow-delight card, Sarah! Love it! And...I know officially "need" to add squeezed lemonade DI to my collection (even though DIs and I have on/off relationships). Such a pretty yellow...
