Less is More #294

Morning LIMettes are we happy it's Saturday again?

I'm hoping Mr Blogger is going to play fair this weekend as this is a scheduled post!
Our baby daughter has all grown up and we're taking her to start her first year
at university today - not too far away thankfully! So while you are reading this
I'm either on the road to Liverpool or running late frantically trying to cram all
of her 'essential' belongings into the car!

Ok! Let's get to the task in hand which is to introduce our challenge for the week
at Less is More and it's Theme week - we've chosen Diamonds! WOW!

I've excelled myself this week and have 3 cards to share with you

  1. Hope all has gone well with your baby girl today Sarah.....they do grow up so quickly and uni is a big step, eh? Glorious cards from you this week! Your dp is lush on the last card, the monochromatic theme on the second is superb but, for me, the first card is just stunning and I love the combination of colours, shape and embossing. Have a fantastic week. xx

  3. These 3 cards are real 'gems', Sarah!! I love the resist inking with your silver embossed diamonds on the first card and the engagement card is fun and fab (I must get that sentiment die!). The diamond panel on your last card is a great way to create white space against the patterned paper. Great inspiration as always. I hope today goes well - thinking of you and Faye as she embarks on this new adventure xx

  5. 3 gorgeous cards and 3 very different designs ! I especially love the first one, the silver embossing with the shaded lilac shades are just stunning ! I love also the 3rd one which shows that you do not need to have any diamond stamp or die to make a diamond theme card ! Thanks for sharing ! Izzy Scrap
