Hello my crafty friends, I've been hit with the dreaded flu bug this week so it's a teeny post from me to announce this fortnight's challenge over atLess is More. We've a new sponsor for the month and 2 guest designers but all the details are on the main challenge blogHERE - hope you understand!
So onto the challenge and it's colour week - hope the cue card is self explanatory and sorry just the one from me today.
I've gone ultra simple and basic stamping using a stamp from our wonderful sponsor STAMPlorations. I bought it especially for this challenge and hoped to do something a little more exciting with it but energy and mojo are lacking. Naturally I'd like to add my card to the 'Anything Goes with Stamplorations' challenge HERE
As always there's loads of fabulous designs from my fellow teamies over on the main blogHERE and our sponsor for this challenge is STAMPlorationsso do play along for a chance of a prize, which we'll announce at the start of next month.
I think this image looks fab stamped simply with one stunning color like the blue you chose (my fave!) -no need for being more technical or anything... So if you ask me you did great and I can not see any absence of mojo! Beautiful card! xxx
Well, despite the flu and no energy you have really pulled it out of the bag with this card Sarah! Leaving the stamp untreated (so to speak) has given it a 'wow' factor in terms of elegance and class. I love this card. Well, wrap up warm and look after yourself. Hope you're feeling better soon xx
So sorry to read that you have been hit with the nasty flu... I can completely sympathize! I know how much of a struggle it is to find energy, but you managed to create a lovely monochromatic card in my favourite blue colour. Great job. Sending you hugs and get wishes for a speedy recovery. xx
A fabulous card, made all the more impressive in that you designed this beauty despite being under the weather. Sending hugs and positive energy for a speedy recovery! Hugs~c
Sometimes the simple approach is perfect Sarah and I love the gorgeous monochrome look on this beauty. I hope you are starting to feel better and that you you have not been too badly affected by the weather. Get well soon my friend and thanks for sharing with us at ATSM. Hugs Carol x
I really like the simplicity of the blue and white - it creates a very striking card! Thanks for sharing it at CC&S (and by the way, flipping the sketch is perfectly OK)! Hope you feel better soon.
Just gorgeous as it is ! What I love is exactly because it is "simple and ultra basic" (as you said), that makes a stunning CAS card ! This stamp is really beautiful and I love it even more in blue (will end in my wishlist). Fabulous combination of challenges too ! Hope you are recovering and that you will feel better soon. Take care. Hugs xx
Sorry I'm so late commenting and that I didn't send get well wishes via this post, but we've chatted elsewhere :) That stamp is gorgeous and I love the simplistic design of your card as it shows the stamped detail beautifully. I must use blue more! Hugs xx
