Uniko Studio: Simply Said Birthday

Hello blog buddies ... at last it's the final day of
introductions to the Uniko Studio February release
before we have the BIG reveal tomorrow!

Today I'm introducing another birthday sentiment set,
with gorgeous fonts to mix and match called
Simply Said Birthday

If you follow my blog regularly you'll know I'm obsessed with watching
crafty videos rather than getting down to crafting myself so for this card
I was inspired by cards made by Laura Bassen of Doublestick Heaven
She creates the most amazing 'rainbow' cards so here's my take which
was surprisingly quick and easy and great for mailing too!

I grabbed my promarkers and drew horizontal lines along a ruler before
adding the sentiments from Simply Said Birthday in Versafine Onyx Black
ink with the 'birthday' heat embossed with Hero Arts white embossing powder
onto a scrap of black cardstock.
I die-cut the panel using Mama Elephant stitched rectangle from the Index card set
and to finish I couldn't resist using some coordinating Doodlebug sprinkles

I'm sure you'll want to check out what the rest of the amazing DT
have created so please head over to the Uniko Studio blog for
directions and some sneaky peeks at what they've been up to.

So you've had the Sneaky Peeks...
you've had the introductions...
and please pop back tomorrow when we'll have...

Release Day! Wednesday 11th February

You will get to see all the products in their entirety and purchase them HERE on the website!
As tradition holds there will be a Design Team Blog Hop with the chance
for one lucky person to win the ENTIRE release!
