Uniko Challenge #52 - Reminder

Hi there, we're half way through out latest challenge over at Uniko and I'm here with a little reminder  as there's still plenty of time to play along.

The theme is Spring with the optional twist of 'Easter' although I've gone with the Mother's Day celebration instead and have 2 'same but different' cards to share with you below.

Here's the cue card and I hope you'll play along with us

Playing around with that gorgeous 'Happy' die (with the outline die) from the recently released BIG & BOLD Happy stamp set, released in February with the other Uniko Birthday goodies.

I've used mini images from the BIG & BOLD Hello set to create a background then die-cut the 'happy' to create a camouflage effect using some Heidi Swapp Glitter card for the outer die.

As always there's plenty of fantastic creations by my fellow teamies, so why not head over to the Uniko blog HERE to check out the links and pay them a visit! I'm sure they'd appreciate it!

Our Guest Designer for this challenge is Monika of Tinkercards Designs of our previous Uniko Challenge winners. Do pop along and visit her blog and leave a friendly word and some love.

You have until Friday, 19th April at midnight BST to link up to the challenge and all the details you need about prizes and how to play can be found over at Uniko HERE

As always thanks for calling by my blog today and I hope you feel inspired and will play along with us!

Uniko - Revisit March 2019

Hi there friends, we're having a REVIST month over at Uniko where Bev asks us to 'dig out', dust down and bring a previously released set back into the spotlight!

As Spring is in the air 'almost' Bev has chosen the delightful Spring Botanicals Snowdrop or Daffodil sets along with the Bright Butterflies Stencil.

I've gone with the daffodils using just the outline and a sentiment from the Pure Florals Peony set. For the first one I've blended inks from my favourite set of Altenew inks 'Sweet Dreams'. It's the first time I've tried to blend with these inks and I have to say it took a while but I love the mix of colours so it was worth it.

I may decide to make a whole set of six with this design as it's quick to do, especially with the next two where I've switched to Distress Oxides which do 'blend like butter'!

As is the tradition there's a blog hop giveaway; the prize being Spring Botanicals Daffodil set plus the Bright Butterflies stamp set and if you already own these items an alternative prize will be offered.

You'll find all the details over at Uniko HERE and here's the list of blogs you need to visit on the hop! I wish you lots of luck!

Before I leave you to hop here's the image of the sets and as always thanks for visiting my blog today.
