To begin with I used a circle mask and divided it into sections for the
beach, see and sky before inking each section.
I added the sailing boat image, masked and created the 'setting' sun, before
adding some grasses in the foreground from the Natural Treasures set.
To finish I've curved the sentiment around the circle and added some bakers twine.
I'd also like to link this card up at CASology
where the theme this week is 'Shape'
I'm hoping my masked circle hits the spot!
There's more fantastic examples from the other Design Team
members over at the Uniko Studio blog HERE so please head over there.
It's a mini release this time with just 2 sets so Release Day will be
Monday, 11th May and we'll have a blog hop then too;
the prize being the entire release for free.
We've also got a FANTASTIC 1st birthday blog hop
at AAA CAS Cards Challenge starting tomorrow so
lots of fun and prizes in store there too.
So I hope you'll join me tomorrow for this as well as my
introduction to the latest in the Flower Power set of stamps.
Wow, this is amazing Sarah. What a great scene, love the grass in the foreground. I get a little sad around Father's Day as I no longer have one to make, but I am lacking generally in my masculine cards...this is a great inspiration xx
