Morning friends it's that time again ... are you wide awake?
It's a Theme week challenge at Less is More and we'd like you to
USE 3 STAMPS (this can be 3 individual ones or the same 3 multiple times)
Here's my examples and as always there's plenty more inspiration over on
the main blog HERE from my fellow teamies and if you hop across to
their personal blogs there's more info and possibly a few extras!
3 stamps here are Honey Doo Crafts Flowers for Design (stem & blooms)
plus a sentiment from WPlus9 Doodle buds.
This one uses a 3-step stamp from Altenew: Painted Butterflies
with an inlaid die-cut 'Hello' from Paper Smooches.
I've gone ultra CAS even for me here using a couple of newbies
to my stash ... Sending and Hugs sentiments from Avery Elle Sentimental
plus the floral bloom is from Newton's Nook Fancy floral.
The codeword over at CAS-ology this week is PINK so I'm heading
over there with this one.
Ok that's all for now and I'm looking forward to checking out your
creative ideas later in the week. In the meantime thanks for calling by
and I'll be back shortly with the details of our latest challenge ATCAS.
Love the wonderfully zingy colours of your cards! Fab inspiration x
ReplyDeleteAnother fab trio of cards! Love the Honey Doo flowers and the beautiful blues on your first card. The 3 step Altenew butterfly is a clever twist on the theme and I love the way the sentiment flows in to the flower on your last card too. So many cards to enjoy on a Saturday morning! Have a great weekend x
ReplyDeleteThese are great! The Honey Doo blooms are gorgeous and the stitched border is a great finishing touch. So creative to use a 3 step stamp on the second card - I wouldn't have thought of that - and the inlaid die and soft blues are so beautiful. The pink background and enamel dots of the third card set off the stamping so well. Fantastic cards!
ReplyDeleteStunning cards, Sarah. I am especially loving the blues xx
ReplyDeleteFabby cards xx Jan

ReplyDelete3 Wonderful cards Sarah !
ReplyDeleteThat's 3 big WOWs from me!! A triple treat. Gosh, I love visiting your gallery! The calming hues of the first two blues certainly sets the scene for the punchy pink one. LOVE how you have inverted the colours, creating a smashing pink background for some black silhouetted blooms. So great that you could join us at CASology this week, Sarah!
ReplyDeleteFabulous cards Sarah. I love Honeydoo stamps, I've a few in my collection but yet to use them. The Altenew stamps are very tempting too.

ReplyDeleteHi Sazzle Dazzle, Thanks so much for your lovely comment on my blog. I'm not sure I followed the Less Is More challenge correctly, which is why I took it off my post. However, I was inspired by the challenge & my link is still up (despite my leaving a comment) so I've put the link back up on my post. Thanks again, CG
